Sales & Marketing Manager Body Armour is an Australian-owned manufacturer of premium, science-backed hydration and performance solutions, purpose-built for heavy industry, mining, construction, emergency services, and high-performance environments. We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial growth, unify sales and marketing execution, and strengthen Body Armour’s position as a trusted authority in hydration, fatigue management, and heat-stress mitigation. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute decisively, and lead from the front. The Role Full-time - Sales & Marketing Manager As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for integrating sales performance with brand and market strategy. You’ll lead the go-to-market approach, support and enable the Business Development team, oversee marketing campaigns and content, and ensure that every customer touchpoint reinforces Body Armour’s credibility, values, and commercial outcomes. This role works closely with the Director and plays a critical part in shaping the next phase of growth. Duties and Responsibilities Duties in this role will include, but are not limited to: Planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating the sales and marketing activities of the business Developing and implementing sales plans aligned to business objectives Undertaking competitor analysis and monitoring market trends Analysing market data to inform commercial and marketing decisions Developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies Promoting the company’s brands across relevant channels Supporting the introduction of new products to market Managing and coaching the sales and marketing teams to achieve agreed targets Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors Managing sales and marketing budgets Implementing sales targets and supporting the team to work towards them Reporting performance, progress, and key metrics to the Director This position is not based in a retail environment and does not primarily involve regular transactional sales activity. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, applicants will require: A relevant degree qualification or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar Sales and Marketing Manager role Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies Strong leadership and people management skills Sound analytical and reporting capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments will be highly regarded.
