Contract Administration opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our growing team. In this key role, you will manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic automotive environment. To be considered for this position you must have: Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, or equivalent field. 3-5 years of solid experience in a contract administration or similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). General Duties & Responsibilities (1)Draft, review, and revise various contracts to align with legal requirements, company policies, and business goals, ensuring terms are clear, complete, and enforceable. (2)Clearly explain contract terms to all parties, answering questions and resolving ambiguities to ensure consistent understanding. (3)Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, update contract if necessary and facilitate the signing of the contract. (4)Monitor contract implementation, track adherence to terms and ensure all parties comply with legal obligations and company standards. (5)Proactively identify potential contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests. (6)Resolve contract-related disputes or discrepancies, and provide regular updates to management on contract status, risks, and process improvements. (7)Establish and maintain a systematic contract management system; organize, classify, file, and securely store all contract documents to ensure accessibility, traceability.
