You will join a team of experienced individuals in providing the highest quality pasteurised products to local and overseas customers. This is a full time role, working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm at our Wellcamp location. Responsibilities Oversee the pasteurising process via a computerised control system. Monitor and rectify any non-compliance matter with the pasteurising procedure. Ensure plant staff comply with the general rules associated with pasteurising and hygiene (CIP); Take samples and running tests of product; and Follow all food safety regulations and SOP’s Assist in other areas of the factory when required Role To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in pasteurising / Food mix plant production Written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic To work collaboratively within a team Ability to follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
