The Roles Team Leader, Grounds & Gardens This leadership role oversees the daily maintenance and presentation of the racecourse grounds and gardens. You’ll lead and support the team, coordinate workloads, and ensure our venues are event-ready for race days and major functions. Gardeners This hands-on role focuses on maintaining lawns, gardens, trees and landscaped areas across the racecourse.
