It has been purpose-built to meet the evolving care needs of the local community—now and into the future. BaptistCare Griffith offers a contemporary and innovative environment, catering to residents requiring low care, high care and specialised dementia support. All rooms include private ensuites, and the facility provides a range of additional services to enhance resident comfort and wellbeing. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, responsive and personalised care that supports residents in living meaningful lives. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing care aligned with individual care plans, while upholding professional standards. In this leadership position, you’ll also guide and support care staff, providing clinical oversight and fostering a collaborative team culture. We have permanent part time hours. About You: Current AHPRA Registration Have experience in a clinical leadership role Excellent written & verbal communication skills Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWVP Card or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearance or WWVPC card You are flexible with your working roster About Us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
