Parramatta Jaguar and Land Rover have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our team! About the role: The Workshop Controller is the principal point of contact for all customer communication before, during, and after the vehicle visits the service centre. As such, the person filling this role must be focused on customer facing activities to always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care for vehicle servicing and repair. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Carry out a review of the work scheduled for pre-planning Ensure allowed times on repairs are correct and reasonable to OEM standard Manage stock levels of general workshop supplies including cleaning solutions, globes, fuses, electrical supplies, PPE, etc. Review and adjust workshop loading to maximise output. Ensure a high standard of workmanship is maintained, avoiding re-work and overseeing quality control as required. Undertake a wide range of mechanical work associated with the servicing, maintenance and repair of vehicles in an effective and timely fashion. Ensure safe work practices are adhered to, including the use of PPE. About You: Strong people management skills. Ability to communicate effectively Proven technical knowledge and experience Excellent customer service skills.
