Join the team today! The Role Our cafe crew need to have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility of our cafe crew is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. Key areas of responsibility include: Produce high quality coffee and full range of cafe beverages Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café Ability to produce high quality food Follow health and safety guidelines Cash handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the venue's peak periods You will NOT required to hold food handling qualifications - experience making coffee preferred. Kiosk sales as well as food prep such as toasties, plus making sandwiches / hot dogs etc for Ninja Parc birthday parties Skills & Attributes: Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Coffee making/barista skills Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2). Current CPR Certificate.
