As the organisation continues to evolve, they are looking for support with an upcoming project focused on expanding their partnerships with schools across Australia. The Role Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is crucial in qualifying incoming leads, initiating conversations, providing insights to the target audience and booking appointments for the Customer Success Manager who will finalise/close the sale process. This is a part-time role on a 6-month temporary contract , commencing mid to late January . The role is approximately 22 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with flexibility around working hours depending on the best times to engage with your target market. Hybrid model offered. Duties Some of your duties will include: Own inbound and nurtured opportunities across Government, Independent and primary schools Follow clear and on-brand messaging provided to support the successful sales process; uphold the high credibility and values of the School Program and the organisation more broadly Provide information to schools on the program and offerings in hope of converting their interest into a further explorative conversation with the sales representatives Utilise their CRM (HubSpot) to accurately track pipeline activity and generate reports to analyse insights and trends during the sales pipeline Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in a similar Sales, Business Development or Partnerships role - essential Previous experience in a B2B slower cycle conversion environment - essential Previous experience in Sales within the Education, Healthcare or Programs/Courses sector - highly desirable Previous experience with a CRM, ideally Hubspot Benefits Be part of a for purpose organisation!
