Our client, a very busy and well-established GP practice in Orange, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to step in on a 3-month locum assignment, with the option to extend or transition into a permanent role. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Practice Manager looking for a change of scenery, a regional lifestyle experience, or a short-term locum with excellent support and flexibility. The Opportunity 3 month locum to commence, with potential to extend or go permanent 4 or 5 days per week with flexible working arrangement Accommodation provided for candidates relocating to Orange Paid travel home on weekends for those returning to family Run the day-to-day operations of a high volume GP practice with an established clinical and admin team Key Responsibilities Oversee daily practice operations and workflow Staff leadership, rostering, and performance management Financial oversight including billing, Medicare, and reporting Ensure compliance with accreditation and healthcare regulations Support doctors and staff to maintain a high standard of patient care About You Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a GP setting Strong leadership and operational management skills Confident managing a fast-paced, high-volume environment Able to commit to an initial 3 month locum assignment Open to regional work and lifestyle opportunities Why Consider This Role?
