Graduate Project Coordinator / Estimator Are you an emerging professional with a passion for construction and a strong interest in project coordination and estimating? This role is ideal for someone with a construction management or engineering background who is ready to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects. You’ll be playing a key part in pre-site administration, cost estimating, procurement, and building strong working relationships across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Assist with project coordination and administration in the pre-site phase Support accurate estimating of materials, labour, and subcontractor costs Prepare and issue RFQs, comparison sheets, and cost analysis documentation Liaise daily with builders, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing Contribute to procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and tracking orders Maintain project documentation and records in team systems Support senior estimators and project managers with ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements: A degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related discipline Some exposure to the construction industry (via study, internships, site visits, or prior roles) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word) and willing to learn estimating/project software Right-to-work in Australia TRS Resourcing is committed to achieving a diverse workforce in Australia.
