This role is a perfect blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership . Core Responsibilities: Chromatography Command: Utilise your mastery of analytical chemistry to drive identification and quantification across all samples. Data interpretation, precision, and accuracy are your non-negotiables. GMP Guardian: Be the champion of quality. Your strong understanding of the GMP industry will ensure our regulated facility operates with impeccable quality assurance. The Troubleshooting Titan: When a column fails, a peak shifts, or the data looks dodgy, you are the one called in to diagnose and fix the issue with surgical precision. Method Architect: Lead the design and execution of Test Method Development and Product Validation from concept to completion. Experience Credential: A minimum of 15 years’ experience in Quality Control (QC) or R&D laboratories. You've seen it all, and you know how to lead. Technical Savvy: Deep, foundational expertise in analytical chemistry, mastering chromatography and related analytical techniques. Instrumentation IQ: Proven expertise in maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting complex lab instruments, especially UHPLC. Quality Mindset: An innate understanding of the critical aspects of quality assurance within a regulated (GMP) facility.
