This role needs a true senior BA who is strong in requirements, process, stakeholder engagement and platform-level thinking, ideally with infrastructure, cloud or HPC exposure, and comfortable operating across engineering-heavy environments. Please note you must hold an active/ inactive BASELINE or NV1 clearance Core Skills Required: 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex technical environments Proven ability to operate at senior/lead BA level , owning requirements end-to-end 2. Requirements Engineering Strong experience eliciting, analysing, documenting and managing requirements Comfortable producing BRDs, user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions 3. Process & Capability Analysis Current and future state process modelling (process maps, workflows, journey maps) Capability Support Model analysis (operating model, support, ownership, service needs) Benefits identification and benefits realisation support 4. Platform / Infrastructure Experience Experience supporting large-scale platforms, infrastructure, cloud or HPC initiatives Exposure to engineering, simulation, modelling or data-intensive environments (highly relevant) 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation Strong facilitation skills across engineering, infrastructure, security and compliance Confident running workshops, interviews and complex stakeholder sessions Able to manage multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities 6. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Able to support solution option analysis, evaluation and recommendations 7. Delivery & Testing Support Experience supporting testing phases (test cases, defect analysis, UAT liaison) Comfortable working in Agile / Hybrid delivery environments 8.
