Key Responsibilities: Lead and Develop : Inspire and motivate your team of sales associates to meet sales targets and provide excellent service. Store Operations : Oversee rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising to create a customer-friendly environment. Inventory & Stock Control : Maintain efficient stock levels and replenish items as necessary to ensure a seamless customer experience. Compliance & Reporting : Handle cash management, store reporting, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
