Dry Fire Supervisor opportunity with a national fire, HVAC, and electrical services to join their Sydney branch. This role will be based out of the Sydney office, with occasional regional travel as the business continues to expand into new markets. You'll be supervising teams across large national projects and ongoing service contracts, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery, compliance, and quality across all works. The Role Supervise and lead technicians across dry fire service and maintenance and project works in the commercial industry Programming, commissioning, and fault-finding on fire indicator panels Manage day-to-day site activities, workflow, and productivity Liaise with clients, builders, and other trades on active sites Ensure works are completed in line with Australian Standards and company procedures Support expansion into regional areas as required About You NSW Electrical Licence Strong background in dry fire systems Proven experience across both service and project environments Solid knowledge of fire panel programming Previous experience supervising or leading teams is ideal Strong communication skills with clients and site stakeholders Willingness to undertake occasional regional travel What's on Offer $65 per hour Super Company vehicle Exposure to national commercial contracts and projects Opportunity to grow with a business expanding into new regions In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
