Our telehealth service allows patients across Australia to access high-quality treatment while ensuring coordinated care with their existing healthcare providers. Our clinic runs on Med Prescribe , a user-friendly system that automates SAS-B approvals, supports telehealth, and keeps admin low , allowing practitioners to focus on patient care. Training on Med Prescribe is provided if required. Our clinic focuses on holistic, coordinated care , working closely with patients’ existing healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective treatment pathways. The Roles We are seeking General Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners to join our Brisbane-based clinic. These roles are flexible, remote-friendly, and provide the opportunity to work in a growing, patient-focused service delivering approved prescription therapies . Key Responsibilities Conduct initial patient assessments and structured follow-up consultations (telehealth and/or face-to-face) Prescribe and manage approved specialist therapies in accordance with TGA requirements and state regulations Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans Coordinate care with other healthcare providers for safe and holistic patient management Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical documentation Requirements General Practitioner Unrestricted AHPRA general registration Experience prescribing specialist prescription therapies required Eligibility to prescribe Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medications (TGA-compliant) Professional Indemnity Insurance mandatory Strong clinical assessment, patient management, and communication skills Eligibility to work in Australia Nurse Practitioner Current Nurse Practitioner registration with AHPRA Experience prescribing specialist prescription therapies preferred Eligibility to prescribe Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medications (TGA-compliant) Professional Indemnity Insurance mandatory Strong clinical assessment, patient management, and communication skills Eligibility to work in Australia Benefits Training provided for Med Prescribe platform Join a brand-new Brisbane-based clinic Remote work available Australia-wide Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern digital systems for streamlined workflows Pay General Practitioner: discussed at interview / based on expectations Nurse Practitioner: $80–$120 per hour (based on experience)
