About The Role As our Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening connection, clarity, and culture at Maurice Blackburn. You’ll craft and deliver engaging communications that inform, inspire, and unite our people. From strategic messaging to visual storytelling, your work will support key initiatives, champion wellbeing, and elevate the employee experience. This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement inclusive internal communication plans aligned with our People & Culture strategy Create compelling content across channels including intranet, newsletters, signage, video, and events Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging and increase visibility Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality videos and visually compelling assets that amplify campaigns and bring storytelling to life.
