This is a Payroll Administrator role with Youi Insurance based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, AU Youi Insurance Role Seniority - junior More about the Payroll Administrator role at Youi Insurance The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day payroll processing and administration. Key priorities Manage end-to-end payroll processing, leave management, reporting, and overpayment recovery. Maintain accurate payroll data, records, and quality control. Deliver excellent service and foster strong working relationships. Support process and service improvement initiatives. Ensure all deductions, adjustments, and terminations are processed accurately and on time. Proactively manage and report risks, incidents, and improvements. About You Experience & Knowledge: Essential: 1–2 years’ experience in payroll. Desirable: Relevant payroll qualification or significant progress towards one. Experience in payroll processing, including commission and performance-based payments. Knowledge of Australian employment legislation (tax, superannuation, leave). Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll software (preferably Chris21). Ability to quickly learn new systems and analyse payroll data accurately. Why Youi?
