Position: Portfolio Manager Experience Required: 15 years Demand and Contention Management. • Proactively capture & understand the environment requirements, demand & avoid contention in testing environments under UCQ landscape. • Ensure reservations across Environment Groups, System instances and components. Configuration & Controlled deployment • Track deployment status of all UCQ environment resources • Identify version deployed and recognize environment drift • Implementation plan for seamless deployment activities • Seamless deployment activities - Detailed schedules, quality assurance measures, contingency procedures, and post-deployment reviews. Environment monitoring and self-heal • Automated health-check, monitoring and event triggers for critical applications in UCQ test environments (unit, SIT, UAT, regression) • Real time status of Test environments for high visibility • Continuous improvements to include more touch points for health checks Centralized Test Batch Operations • Centralized E2E Batch calendar catering to all project under Enterprise release • Batch execution flow mimicking production to maintain data integrity • Reduced online downtime due to reduced number of job executions overall Test Environment Support/Environment data refresh. • Dedicated Environment test support team with enhanced service desk operations and KPI driven management • Integration with ITSM/CICD/other tools for managing typical test environment tasks like Data Refresh, Batch Run, and Access Control. Vulnerability management • Co-ordinate and remediate the vulnerabilities detected in test environment servers • Ensure the vulnerabilities are remediated within the required timeline. Must Have Skills: • End-2-End Knowledge of ITIL process and practices. • Knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, Enov8) and APM (NewRelic, AppDynamics, Splink) tools • Should be able to define Environment utilization roadmap aligning to release calendar. • Should be able to drive Strategy initiative (Environment Audits, Optimization and Coverage) for Non-Prod environments. • Continuous improvement across the enterprise as well as for large programs independently • Experience of Client/stakeholder engagement and escalation management • Experience of managing Onshore/Offshore delivery model Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of DevOps Pipeline and tools Set up and integration knowledge of APM tools Environment provisioning on cloud infrastructure Top 3 responsibilities: • Stakeholder/client management • Establish test environment governance through an end-to-end environment management tool • Ensure Environment sanity and utilization to its capacity
