Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. 5 years of experience with end-to-end program delivery, process improvement, and working with engineering teams. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience in working with all disciplines and levels of the organization to form a plan to meet an objective, manage risks and drive clarity on ambiguity and decisions to ensure the organization remains aligned on meeting our objective.
