The role focuses on a portfolio ranging from Port Macquarie to Tweed Heads and is well suited to someone Coffs Harbour based. Description Provide expert advice on industrial and employee relations matters to internal stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations. Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations and manage industrial disputes effectively. Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote positive workplace relations and resolve conflicts. Oversee the development and review of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on performance management and employee development initiatives. Ensure effective communication and consultation with employees and unions. Act as a trusted advisor on employment law and workplace matters. Profile A successful Manager Industrial and Employee Relations should have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of industrial relations laws and practices in Australia. Proven experience in handling enterprise agreements and industrial disputes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Commitment to upholding the values of the not-for-profit sector.
