The Role Due to continued success and growth of our Banking & Finance practice, we are looking for a Lawyer or Associate with experience in front-end banking and finance to join our Melbourne practice, supporting Monique Stella. In this role you will be working on a range of matters including corporate finance, property and construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing and advisory work in multiple fields including PPSA. There will be opportunities to work with other teams, in particular, Insolvency, Property, and Corporate practice groups. You will work with key clients and the matters you will be involved in are significant, complex and exciting, and both cross-border and domestic. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on complex financing arrangements. The work is both challenging and rewarding, and our established team has a high-performing, inclusive and learning-oriented culture that is looking to leverage its success and expand the Melbourne banking practice with another lawyer committed to building the practice further.
