The role involves rotation between weekly and fortnightly pay runs and requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities: Process and reconcile weekly and fortnightly payrolls accurately and on time Interpret multiple EBAs and Awards to ensure compliance with allowances, overtime, and penalty rates Prepare payroll tax, superannuation, and termination calculations Manage employee movements (new starters, changes, terminations, redundancies) Respond to payroll queries and liaise with internal stakeholders Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives About You You’re a hands-on payroll professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with complex payroll structures.
