As the Process Centre of Excellence continues to grow and evolve at Optus, the team is looking for Process Redesign Specialists with skills and experiences across Enterprise and Business, Telecommunications Networks or IT. In your role as Process Redesign Specialist for Networks, Enterprise and Business or IT, based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work closely with the business on an 18 to 24 month fixed term contract to identify key areas for improvement that drive an increase in customer experience through transforming underlying processes. You will use your creative thinking, process improvement and problem-solving skills to help size, scope and recommend improvements. You will spend time understanding the needs of customers and employees, mapping and analysing current process performance and designing and delivering solutions to ensure customer and employee needs are met. A formal certification in process improvement and redesign (eg Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt) is highly desirable. Proven experience leading or supporting complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees is essential. Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, ARIS, Celonis, Lucidchart, BPMN). A knack for turning complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions. Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels and influencing change. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical insights.
