About the Role: An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Leader position in a neurodiverse clinic in Wyndham Vale, VIC. This is a permanent role, leading a small multidisciplinary team of five part-time clinicians within a neurodiversity-affirming practice framework. The role balances leadership and supervision responsibilities with a reduced clinical caseload, allowing you to remain clinically engaged while supporting team performance, culture, and service quality. You will guide and mentor clinicians delivering neuroaffirming, relationship-centred occupational therapy to children and young people, working in partnership with families, schools, and other stakeholders.
