About the Role We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our seasonal menu, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. What We’re Looking For Minimum of ONE year's experience in a similar role. A relevant Cookery qualfication is desired. Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings (4pm–9pm). Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
