An opportunity is available for a qualified and experienced Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator to work within a well-established asphalt and heavy industrial environment in Forrestfield, WA. This role is suited to someone with strong breakdown maintenance experience across fixed and mobile plant in a high-demand production environment. Key Responsibilities Breakdown and preventative maintenance within an asphalt production environment Steel fabrication, repairs, and modifications Maintenance of fixed and mobile plant Welding across aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel Plasma cutting and oxy-acetylene cutting Hard facing, repairs, and re-fabrication Burner tube replacements and associated plant maintenance About You Trade qualified Boilermaker/Metal Fabricator Previous experience in asphalt, quarrying, mining, or heavy industrial environments highly regarded Strong breakdown maintenance background Competent across multiple welding techniques and materials Confident working autonomously and within a team Safety-focused with a strong work ethic Have your own vehicle to get to and from Forrestfield Monday-Friday What’s On Offer Start date: 6 January 2026 Ongoing work with a reputable industrial operator Competitive rates based on experience Stable role in a safety-driven workplace If you’re an experienced Boilermaker or Fabricator looking to secure a solid role in the asphalt industry, we encourage you to apply.
