About The Role We’re seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our high-performing project team in Perth. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You’ll manage key processes and documentation with precision and autonomy, while building strong relationships across all levels of the project team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and record internal and external correspondence accurately and efficiently Develop and maintain comprehensive contract and project filing systems Manage daily procurement and commercial documentation in a timely manner Support project reporting, compliance, and governance requirements Assist with onboarding and maintaining workforce records Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking for project stakeholders Set and maintain administration standards and best practice across the project What you’ll bring: Previous experience in project administration, ideally within civil construction Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with document control and compliance processes Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Desirable: Experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac (or similar project management systems) Familiarity with procurement processes and financial reporting Understanding of WHS and quality compliance requirements Diversity and inclusion We recognise that we are strengthened by diversity, and we embrace differences as an equal opportunity employer providing a flexible and inclusive workplace.
