We are seeking an energetic and experienced Dental Receptionist with a strong customer service background to join the team on a full-time basis at our Caroline Springs clinic. Description: The responsibilities of the role include: Management of appointment books. Processing HICAPS claims and account management. Liaising with patients and practitioners. Data entry and mailing tasks. Treatment planning and co-ordination.
