As our Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for consolidating, creating, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures, communicating compliance frameworks to the board, and embedding them across the organisation. This role requires someone with proven experience in audits and compliance, particularly within disability, NDIS, or ISO frameworks. While this is not a people-leadership role, it requires an experienced professional with the credibility to operate at a senior level across governance, risk, and compliance. Consultation and effective implementation being key to the success of this role. Communicate frameworks, updates, and recommendations to the board and executives and leadership teams. Lead implementation of policies and compliance initiatives across the organisation Conduct and oversee audits and compliance monitoring, including NDIS and financial audits. Identify opportunities to improve risk management, quality, and client outcomes Collaborate with HR, Legal, Operations, and IT to embed best practice compliance Occasional Travel to our Northcote location What You'll Bring: Proven experience in disability sector audits, NDIS audits, and ISO compliance Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, standards, and quality frameworks Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and communicate policies and procedures Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Experience working with executive teams and boards to provide strategic risk and compliance advice WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and unrestricted Australian working rights Ready to take the next step?
