Job Description We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused UAV Pilot to support aerial survey operations across Tasmania. The role involves delivering high-quality unmanned aircraft missions in compliance with CASA regulations and company procedures, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include however, not limited to: Undertake UAV operations in strict compliance with CASA regulations and company procedures to support the TasNetworks Aerial Survey and other statewide programs. Deliver additional unmanned systems work aligned with industry best practice and statutory requirements to ensure successful client outcomes. Liaise with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to help define scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Implement innovative and sustainable UAV inspection methodologies to improve safety, efficiency, and survey results. Record and report any deviations from capture targets, including cause and implemented mitigation. Ensure all operations meet company standards and comply with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
