About the Role Competitive salary -$76,515 perks Permanent full-time position Day shifts only, with no split shifts Located at Warwick Grove Shopping Centre As a talented Café Manager, you will: Motivate, support and manage a team of all ages Build rapport with your team and customers Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment Uphold Miss Maud’s proven policies and procedures to ensure service, presentation and cleanliness standards are exceptional Manage day-to-day café operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling Work with the executive manager to grow the profitability of the café About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence Previous supervisory and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment A hospitality/management qualification (preferred) A “roll your sleeves up” attitude Possess strong leadership and communication skills At least 3 years previous experience in café or restaurant management Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the café Someone who can think quickly and efficiently handle multiple tasks at once A motivated team player with a keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop Why Join Us?
