About the role This position is responsible for assisting in HR functions. Duties Key responsibilities include: Complete all agreed study units within the 12-month traineeship. Deliver friendly, professional service to customers. Assist with processing customer complaints. Work collaboratively to maintain high customer service standards. Follow all City policies and ensure workplace safety.
