The key duties of the position include About your team DHA's Planning and Engagement Team is responsible for the delivery of a performance framework providing strategic direction, alignment, and collaboration across the organisation, with a clear line of sight through all their planning and reporting activities. The team includes DHA's Research Services function, which is responsible for conducting an extensive research program aimed at measuring preferences, experience and satisfaction with the different services and products provided by DHA and supporting decision making by other business lines. About the role Reporting to the Research Services Manager, the Research and Data Analyst (DHA6) is primarily responsible for contributing to the delivery of the research program and key research and analysis projects that support evidence-based decision-making within DHA.
