Make an Impact As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting leaders across Endeavour Foundation to manage employee relations matters with confidence, consistency and care. Working closely with the Head of People Partnering, you will provide best-practice advice across performance management, misconduct, grievances, disputes and union consultation, helping to create safe, fair and positive workplace outcomes. Key duties of this role are to: Partner with leaders to provide expert, commercially sound employee relations advice. Guide the management of complex ER matters including performance, conduct and grievances/disputes. Support and lead workplace investigations and dispute resolution processes. Interpret and apply employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements consistently. Contribute to the effective management of industrial and union-related matters. Identify ER trends and risks, translating insights into practical, preventative actions. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ER frameworks, policies and tools. Build leader capability through coaching, education and best-practice guidance. Partner with the People & Wellbeing team to promote fair, safe and positive workplace outcomes. What you can bring to the team You are a calm, solutions-focused ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong judgement, discretion and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters while building trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law or similar (desirable). Minimum 2 years’ experience case managing ER matters in complex environments. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Demonstrated ability to analyse, investigate and resolve ER matters using sound judgement. Experience supporting investigations, performance and conduct processes. Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including Unions. Ability to manage high-volume case work and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written, verbal and documentation skills with strong attention to detail. High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to remain calm, balanced and solutions-focused under pressure. You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
