About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated Modular Electricians to join our Rutherford workshop. Reporting to the Modular Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for the electrical installation, wiring, fit out, testing, and pre commissioning of prefabricated switchrooms, modular skids, and transportable units. This is a 6 month fixed term position, based in Rutherford, with occasional support on customer sites as required. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Install, wire, and terminate electrical systems in modular switchrooms, skids, and prefabricated enclosures Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and scopes of work Carry out testing, fault finding, and pre commissioning prior to delivery Work collaboratively with fabrication and carpentry teams to sequence tasks efficiently Ensure all electrical work complies with AS3000, AS4871, and relevant standards Maintain tools, test equipment, and machinery Complete service sheets, progress reports, and required documentation Support logistics, inspections, and client handover activities Follow WHS procedures, SWMS, and risk assessments at all times About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A relevant electrical trade qualification A current NSW Electrical Licence or equivalent A current Driver Licence Experience in electrical installation and fit out, ideally within modular, construction, or industrial environments Strong knowledge of AS3000 and AS4871 The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Strong fault finding and problem solving skills Good communication skills and the ability to work across multiple trades A strong safety and quality focus Forklift, EWP, or confined space tickets are highly regarded but not essential.
