About the Role We are seeking a practical and reliable Grounds Maintenance Officer to support the day-to-day upkeep of our dealerships. This hands-on role has a strong focus on outdoor and grounds maintenance, along with general site upkeep, minor repairs, routine inspections, and operational support. You’ll help ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and well-presented for traders, staff, and visitors. What You’ll Be Doing Primary focus: Mowing, weeding, edging, snipping, blowing, etc. General outdoor maintenance and gardening work Additional duties: General building and site maintenance Minor repairs and basic preventative upkeep Ad hoc clean-ups (e.g. floors, spills) Routine inspections of amenities and common areas Identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues Supporting contractors on site Responding to maintenance requests Assisting the Operations team with day-to-day tasks What You’ll Bring Experience in garden maintenance, building services, grounds maintenance, or handyman work Basic understanding of safety and WHS practices Ability to perform physical tasks and manual handling Experience in commercial or public facilities Current driver’s licence Basic trade skills (e.g. carpentry, gardening, painting, electrical awareness) Why Join Us?
