Description Key Responsibilities Work Health & Safety Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and safe work procedures Conduct safety audits, hazard identification and incident/near miss reporting Ensure staff are inducted, trained, licensed and using PPE correctly Maintain WHS, plant and equipment records and support return-to-work processes Promote good housekeeping and food safety standards Warehouse & Logistics Operations Coordinate stock movements, receipting, storage and rotation Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records Liaise with market, warehouse and third-party stakeholders Support transport, pallet, crate and bin movements Ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Workforce & Compliance Support Support workforce scheduling, performance monitoring and supervision coverage Assist with coaching, counselling and compliance with industrial relations requirements Monitor annual leave accruals in line with policy Administration & Communication Complete operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) Attend and support briefings and meetings Maintain effective communication with management. Skills And Experiences Skills & Experience Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations Strong understanding of WHS and safe work practices Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation Strong communication, organisation and time management skills Forklift licences Ability to work early mornings (11pm - 1am starts)
