About You You will have a background in insurance and will understand general insurance principles and industry practices to add value through: Building positive relationships and communicates clearly with team members, managers and stakeholders. Having high attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, quality administrative work. Utilising systems effectively and is confident learning new platforms and tools (proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio). Working with basic data sets to identify insights or support reporting. Taking initiative, identifies improvements and contributes to more efficient processes. Problem-solving to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide operational support to TPA functions including invoicing, collections, and client account reconciliations. Support the preparation and delivery of client and performance reporting. Monitor and analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement. Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems, including working with SMEs, documenting processes, developing communication plans, and supporting embedment activities. Contribute to compliance and regulatory requirements by supporting processes, identifying risks, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support integration, efficiency, and effective service delivery. Undertake all other duties as required.
