The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our Operations team in Adelaide. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all preventative and reactive maintenance works for our clients nationwide. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and wants to grow within a fast-growing business. Key Responsibilities Our Service Coordinators manage the end-to-end delivery of all facilities maintenance repair requests, including: Effective End to End work order management; ensuring job requests meet customer expectations and KPI’s. Allocation of works to our local Trades and Service Delivery Partners Receive and manage incoming calls and emails accordingly. Building effective working relationships with our regular contractors and Modus technicians Responding to Priority maintenance requests and coordinating timely responses Delivery of exceptional customer service Adherence to our safety and escalations protocols. Skills and Experience The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of calls and service requests efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service ethic and focus Strong problem-solving and technical skills Attention to detail and desire for accuracy. Ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholder service needs and expectations. Experience in using Contact Centre Platforms, Knowledge Management Systems, SharePoint etc – Preferred.
