About the role Join our Melbourne-based team as a Junior Civil/Structural Designer supporting UGL’s national portfolio of fuel terminal projects. You’ll deliver high-quality drafting and design outputs that contribute to safe and efficient project delivery across Australia’s energy infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Produce 2D drawings (GA, layouts, sections, details) and assist with 3D modelling for civil/structural scopes. Prepare material take-offs and support clash detection and model coordination. Assist with design reviews , mark-ups, and drawing updates. Support site investigations, as-built documentation, and compliance with UGL and client standards. About you Diploma or Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting/CAD Design or similar. 1–2 years drafting experience OR strong graduate-level software proficiency. Skilled in AutoCAD/Plant 3D/Advance Steel ; exposure to Navisworks or Inventor/SolidWorks is a plus. Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
