The position will be required to work at Katoomba and / or Springwood offices. Depending on need, the position shifts quickly between front and back of house services. Services include, but not limited to: • provision of Service NSW services including agency functions; and • provision of first point of customer contact services (telephone and in-person) The ideal candidate will hold an approved Individual User Identification Number issued by Service NSW, along with relevant work experience, excellent interpersonal, time management and computer literacy skills to succeed in our busy Council and Service NSW Agency offices. A compulsory uniform is part of the position.
