Our client is a Sydney-based support provider delivering NDIS supports across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Independent Living Options (ILO), community participation, daily living support, transitional housing, and youth-focused programs. The Role You'll support participants to build independence, stay connected to community, and move through key life transitions with the right structure and care. This work can include supports in-home, in accommodation settings, and out in the community. What you'll be doing Support participants day to day (personal care, meal prep, domestic support, transport and appointments) Help build independence and community engagement (activities, routines, skill-building) Contribute to safe service delivery: notes, handovers, following plans and guidance Provide calm, consistent support for psychosocial disability and complex needs when required Shift types Day, afternoon, active night, weekend, and sleepover shifts (depending on site and needs) About you You're reliable, steady under pressure, and genuinely care about helping people live the life they choose.
