IEPro are working with a respected civil contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent role based in Brisbane. This opportunity sits within a well established delivery team responsible for complex civil infrastructure works across South East Queensland. The role offers long term stability, autonomy, and the chance to lead high value projects from early works through to completion. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple work fronts. Working closely with senior management, engineers, and site teams, you will be accountable for safety, programme, cost control, and overall project outcomes. This role will suit a leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving performance, and delivering quality infrastructure projects. The Role In this role, you will: Manage end to end delivery of civil infrastructure projects Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors Oversee programme, cost reporting, and commercial performance Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality systems Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery certainty Drive a positive and accountable site culture About You To succeed, you will bring: Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects as a Project Manager Strong leadership capability across site and project teams Sound understanding of construction programmes and cost control Ability to manage subcontractors and commercial outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar The Benefits Permanent Brisbane based role Strong pipeline of secured civil infrastructure work Supportive leadership team and well resourced projects Competitive salary package up to $220k super Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
