IEPro are currently working with a leading civil construction contractor to find qualified Engineers to join their team on regional projects across Queensland and New South Wales. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Engineers who are looking to play a key role in the delivery of complex civil projects across regional locations. FIFO and DIDO options are available, with rosters including 5/2 and 10/4. The responsibilities will include: Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards Monitoring project costs, forecasts and financial performance Preparing, reviewing, and updating programs and lookaheads Providing technical and engineering support to the site delivery team Coordinating subcontractor procurement, progress claims, and variations Leading the development of work plans and ensuring compliance with project specifications Managing project risks and identifying solutions to maintain delivery performance Working collaboratively with supervisors and project teams to achieve successful outcomes About You Our client is seeking Senior Project Engineers with: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 8 years’ experience in civil infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost management Ability to interpret technical drawings and raise/manage RFIs Sound commercial awareness and subcontractor management experience Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills An excellent safety record across previous projects The Benefits Competitive salary package reflective of your skills and experience Permanent full-time role with a growing civil construction company FIFO and DIDO options available – 5/2 and 10/4 rosters Work vehicle provided Genuine career progression opportunities Supportive and experienced project delivery team Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
