The Opportunity As Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing daily site operations and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant to deliver works safely and efficiently. You will work closely with project engineers and management to ensure programs are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The Role In this role, you will: Supervise daily site operations and coordinate civil construction activities Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain safe and efficient work practices Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance Interpret plans and specifications to ensure works are delivered accurately Manage subcontractor performance and daily reporting Work alongside Project Engineers and Managers to achieve project milestones Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold company standards About You To succeed, you will bring: Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, ideally within roads, subdivisions, or infrastructure Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety procedures Ability to lead multiple crews and manage day-to-day site logistics Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Relevant trade qualifications or civil construction background Commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification The Benefits Permanent position based in Brisbane Salary up to $160k super Long-term project pipeline across South East Queensland Supportive team culture and collaborative environment Genuine opportunity for growth and development within a reputable contractor Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
