IEPro are working with a highly regarded civil contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager for projects across Queensland. This opportunity sits within a business delivering complex civil infrastructure works across transport, roads, and major construction sectors, supported by experienced leadership and well-established systems. This is a senior role offering the chance to take ownership of high-value projects while working in a stable and professional project environment. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, program, and commercial objectives are achieved. You will work closely with senior leadership and site-based teams to drive performance, manage risk, and deliver successful project outcomes. This role suits a confident project leader who enjoys accountability, autonomy, and leading teams through complex project environments. The Role In this role, you will: Manage all phases of project delivery from planning through to completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, and commercial performance Lead and mentor engineering, supervisory, and site teams Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality systems Identify and manage project risks and opportunities Support tender reviews and pre-construction planning About You To succeed, you will bring: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Minimum ten years’ experience delivering civil infrastructure projects Proven success managing roadworks, drainage, or major earthworks projects Strong commercial and contract administration capability Excellent leadership and communication skills A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving Commitment to safety, quality, and team culture The Benefits Permanent role based in Queensland Competitive package including a salary up to $240k super Opportunity to lead high-value civil infrastructure projects Supportive senior leadership and strong internal systems Long-term career stability within a respected contractor Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
