The Opportunity As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a range of civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with delivery, commercial, and leadership teams to develop pricing strategies, construction methodologies, and risk assessments. This role suits an experienced estimator who enjoys working on challenging bids and contributing directly to the success of major projects across Western Australia. The Role In this role, you will: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for civil projects Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documentation Develop construction methodologies and pricing strategies Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Analyse cost risks and opportunities Support pre-award reviews and tender presentations Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Significant experience estimating civil infrastructure projects in Australia Strong understanding of earthworks, roadworks, and utilities Proven ability to manage complex tenders under time pressure High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality tender outcomes The Benefits Permanent role based in Western Australia Salary up to $220k super Work on large-scale and technically challenging projects Supportive and professional pre-contracts environment Long-term stability with a respected civil contractor Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
