Job Description A nationally recognised Architecture & Design studio with a strong portfolio across multi-residential, hotel and mixed-use projects is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join their Perth office. With a healthy pipeline and an expanding WA presence, this is a pivotal leadership position designed for an Architect who is passionate about people, design quality and delivery excellence. This role places equal emphasis on team culture and project leadership. You will guide and support a high-performing group of architects and designers while taking ownership of major built-form projects from concept through to completion. The practice offers a collaborative structure, design-led philosophy and a supportive national team. This is an opportunity to influence studio culture, mentor emerging talent and represent the practice with key clients and stakeholders. You will bring: Registration (or eligibility for registration) as an Architect in Australia. Significant experience in multi-residential and/or hotel projects, including at least one built-form project of 50 units/keys as the design or project lead. Strong capability across concept design, planning submissions, documentation and CA. A natural leadership style that is people-first, supportive and approachable. Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior and mid-level staff. Confident, polished client-facing communication skills.
