We are seeking Café / Restaurant Managers to join our team in restaurants and hotels in North of Perth on a permanent full-time basis. As a Café / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for: Consulting with our Chefs to plan menus. Organisation and planning of events and special functions. Overseeing the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget. Ensure accurate maintenance of stock levels and financial transactions. Ensuring our venues’ premium dining facilities comply with all health regulations and deliver an exquisite dining experience for our guests. Maximise client satisfaction with meals, beverages and service. Selecting, training, and supervising team members in our kitchen and wait staff. Engaging with customers regarding concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional manner. Ensuring company policies, procedures, and values are followed by staff. Oversee rostering and staff shifts. Training and educating staff. Ensuring compliance with OH&S, Liquor Licensing, and other regulatory requirements. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate: Formal qualifications with at least 1 year of relevant full-time employment experience; or in the absence of qualifications, a minimum of 3 years’ relevant employment experience. A strong focus on delivering efficient and effective customer service. Punctuality, strong leadership, and excellent organisational skills.
