Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities What you will be doing: Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget, use this as a guide to controlling expenditure during the financial year. Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for food and beverage outlets and revenue streams. Manage the restaurant, bar and room service, to ensure quality and efficient service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. Review and analyse the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target. Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the Food and Beverage team. Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies. Keep up to date with Food Safety Programs. Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles.
